This presentation looks at key UFO questions. Who are we actually dealing with, where are they really from, and how do they get here? Possible answers to who and where, come from talking to the people who have interacted with the intelligence behind the UFO phenomenon. The answer points to the fact that it may not be what we think. As to the question of how does the intelligence enter the world, I will look at the evidence related to portals and consciousness. I will review statements made by high level government insiders that point to a portal type explanation. I will play testimony from a number of witnesses who have actually flown the craft. I will also examine eye-witness experiencer encounters that point to portals including the most spectacular UFO entity encounter I have ever investigated in 46 years. It occurred on the Sand Flats of Mount Shasta in August 2020. It involved video, nine witnesses, levitation, and hundreds of beings.
