In 1997, a traditionally trained physicist discovered that ESP and other psychic phenomena have a “measurable effect.” This discovery has been dubbed the 13:30 Effect, wherein psychic phenomena processes experience an increased yield of 250% to 400% for a certain period of the day. This workshop will discuss the 13:30 Effect, in terms of Ancient Astronaut Theory, and alignments at ancient megalithic sites. In 2012 the Close Encounter Five (CE-5) protocol was developed, whereby humans try to initiate psychic contact with extraterrestrials. This workshop will explore the use and techniques derived from the 13:30 Effect within CE-5 protocols.
