An American Army Sergeant in April 1996 mailed to Coast To Coast AM radio host Art Bell and reporter Linda Moulton Howe several unidentified metal pieces allegedly from a late 1940s crash of a “wedge-shaped UFO” in northern White Sands Missile Range, west of Roswell, New Mexico. Linda investigated with scientists by scanning electron microscope; energy dispersive spectroscopy; and ion microprobe tests of the unique bismuth/magnesium layered and other pure aluminum pieces. Conclusion: “No one layers bismuth and magnesium. It can’t be done.”
