In this workshop I will go deep into explaining the mechanism by which the ingestion of certain psychedelic compounds — specifically DMT — facilitates the communication with alien intelligences beyond this Universe. I will begin by discussing in depth how the brain generates the information with which it constructs the phenomenal world we all live within and how this relates to the external world (how the brain “tunes into” this reality). I will then explain how certain molecules — LSD, psilocybin, etc. — perturb the information generated by the brain and thus, quite literally, change the phenomenal world. This will involve discussing the science of psychedelic drug action, including results from modern neuroimaging techniques, as well as the more fundamental pharmacology of these drugs (no previous knowledge of neuroscience or pharmacology needed), and using this to explain the remarkable effects of these drugs on consciousness. We will then be ready to discuss how DMT, in particular, is able to trigger a highly specific “channel switch” effect in the brain, allowing it to “tune into” normally hidden dimensions of reality and facilitate communication with the powerful alien intelligences that reside therein.
