Kim Carlsberg is a pioneer in bringing awareness to the reality of direct contact between experiencers/contactees/abductees and extraterrestrials. Kim was not only one of the first women to openly speak about the hybridization program within the alien abduction phenomenon, but went on to powerfully illustrate the depth and complexity of her many contacts in her first book “Beyond My Wildest Dreams: Diary of a UFO Abductee” published in 1995. The book stands unique amid the abduction writings of the time.

He second book “The Art of Close Encounters” published in 2010 (now out of print) is a one-of-a-kind representation of the contact experience through art, much of which is from the contactees themselves. Kim’s story has been published in numerous magazine and news articles, and she has been a featured guest on TV and radio shows including: History Channel’s Ancient Aliens, Coast To Coast AM with George Noory, and CNN’s Inside Man with Morgan Spurlock

A graduate of the “Art Center College of Design” Pasadena, CA in commercial photography, Kim’s career as an advertising and portrait photographer covered all aspects of the entertainment and music industries. She was commissioned to photograph the most noted celebrities in private sitting. Her work has appeared on televisions, in movies and hundreds of publications worldwide including Rolling Stone, TV Guide and Time. Her five years stretch as the exclusive photographer on the enormously successful TV series “Baywatch”, brought her the honor of being the first woman invited into the Hollywood Camera Union – IATSE.
