Robert Jamison

Capt. Robert Jamison (USAF, ret.) graduated with a degree in Geology from Fresno State College (now called California State University, Fresno). He spent 8 years in the Air Force during which time he worked at Malmstrom AFB in Montana and Minot AFB in North Dakota. At Minot in 1968 he was serving as a missile targeting officer for Minuteman 1, 2 and later on Minuteman 3 ICBMs. His job was to target the missiles as well as to restart any missile which fell off alert due to periodic maintenance or unknown reasons (rarely). It was there where he was involved in restarting and retargeting, along with two other teams, the 10 ICBMs shutdown at a flight commanded by Capt. Bob Salas while a UAP hovered directly above.
Upon leaving the Air Force, Robert returned to California, got a second degree in Civil Engineering and worked for Fresno County and then Caltrans.
For three decades Robert has wanted to testify before Congress about his experience with a major UAP connected ICBM shutdown. To date, he has not been provided that privilege.
