THE SIMULATION HYPOTHESIS: LIVING IN THE MATRIX & UNEXPLAINED PHENOMENA
Rizwan Virk
4:45pm–6:15pm
Location: Inspiration Room
MIT Computer Scientist Rizwan Virk delves into the mysteries and implications of the Simulation Hypothesis, which explores one of the most daring and important theories of our time: that our physical reality is part of an increasingly sophisticated video game-like reality. Using his experience as a video game designer, he shows why the simulation hypothesis better explains many of the mysteries from quantum physics, eastern (and western religions). Moreover, he will talk about how we are likely living in a digital multiverse with multiple timelines, the subject of his next book, the Simulated Multiverse. He will talk about the implications of multiple timelines and to “Glitches in the Matrix”, including phenomena like UFOs, synchronicity, OBEs, remote viewing and the Mandela Effect.
