The evidence has become overwhelming that some UFOs represent technology which is centuries ahead of man’s most advanced current technology. It is pertinent to now understand the nature of who is building these devices, what their motivations are, what language they speak, and most importantly: how to establish a positive relationship with them. We will look briefly at a historical meta-analysis of the UFO phenomenon, its behavior with respect to interacting with humans, and then finally how we could theoretically establish open civilization-to-civilization contact with the help of science.
