In this presentation, we will first consider why restricting the search for alien intelligence to biological lifeforms within this Universe is potentially a huge mistake and why specific psychedelic drugs, such as N,N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT), might be a much more efficient and reliable method for communicating with alien intelligences than more orthodox approaches involving electromagnetic pulses or passengered interstellar travel.
Years of DEA-approved clinical research has shown that DMT, a plant-derived chemical that is also manufactured by the human brain, has consistently produced convincing encounters with intelligent nonhuman presences, especially “aliens.” I will discuss the forms that alien intelligences might take and explain why the vast majority of contactable intelligence is unlikely to be biological but, rather, post-biological (and far stranger than we can imagine).
To get to grips with these ideas, we will need to consider what we mean by “life” and “intelligence” and what fundamentally unites us and the aliens with whom we wish to communicate, as well as thinking deeply about the structure of our reality itself. Only then will we be equipped to consider the various ways by which we might establish communication with alien intelligences beyond our Universe, including the development and use of powerful psychedelic drug technologies.
