In his new book, The Fourth Mind, Whitley provides for the first time a detailed description of the bodies and genetics of some of the nonhuman beings that have been held at Fort Dettrick in Maryland. In this workshop, he will compare data that has recently become publicly available with his own observations. Using anatomical drawings, he will illustrate their anatomy and show how they are perfectly designed to control human beings.
