Throughout most of the nineteen-eighties and nineties presenter Peter Robbins met with and spent time with hundreds of people alleging they were UFO abductees, this as part of his work as assistant to Budd Hopkins, pioneer investigator in the scientific study of alien abductions. Peter listened to the accounts of spouses, partners, relatives and friends, where permission was granted, handled a wide assortment of physical evidence, reviewed supporting information from their doctors and/or therapists, and attended support group meetings organized by Hopkins, the first such meetings of their kind. Robbins has continued to study the abduction phenomenon, and continued to spend time with abductees and experiencers.
